Excel Homes LLC. will operate and build Custom Modular Homes for the former Chelsea Modular Homes Builder Base from the facility in Marlboro, NY. We welcome Mr. Steve Scharnhorst President and CEO of Excel Homes LLC. the largest Custom Modular Manufacturer on the East Coast to Marlboro NY and our beautiful Hudson Valley Area of the Empire State. To all our CMHBS LLC. Builders and Retail Customers, Excel Homes will continue to build Quality Custom Modular Homes for all our CMHBS LLC. Customers. Again welcome Steve and Excel Homes to our neck of the woods.
